Terms & Privacy
We would like to first up say that we take the privacy of our customers like you very seriously and would therefore like to have a little chat about the following points.
Your data
Your personal information and the security of it is of the utmost importance to our business and in fact to us also.
SSL Certificate
We are going to considerable lengths to protect you and the first and most obvious way is that we've installed what is called an SSL certificate. An SSL certificate is a way of website owners authenticating exactly who they are and what their business does, without this type of authentication you cannot get an SSL certificate. Certificates also protect the transaction and all your personal details.
We would also like to share with you that we would never ever sell or share any of your personal information to any other third party or business.
We do not keep your personal credit card information at all that type of information is managed by our Gateway provider.
The only thing we keep of yours is the information about the order like the recipient's address and order details.
From time to time we may use the information we have stored to contact you about updating our system or even from time to time specials that we may have in store.
General Terms & Conditions
Many of the topics to do without terms and conditions have been provided on our customer information page but there are a few more things that we would like to come here.
From time to time we received orders that are out of our regular $12 delivery zone, these may be regional areas or more country areas out of town. If we receive an order that is out of our regular delivery so we may contact you to request an extra delivery charge. We would like to say that this happens rarely but it does happen from time to time, we tend to subsidise these charges out of the $12 that you give us.
Buying Extra Products
You are unable to buy extra products without buying flowers, we do this because we've had experiences where people send just one balloon meaning that this type of order it's extremely unprofitable, many we basically lose money. You will also notice that you cannot order alcohol without first buying flowers for at least adding them to your shopping cart, this is because we are not allowed to sell alcohol in this capacity as it needs to be a gift.

On the topic of alcohol you must be over 18 to order any flowers that contain alcohol, our delivery drivers go to deliver the flowers and they deemed that the person receiving them is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to ask that person for identification. Moreover you must be over 18 to order any flowers with alcohol as a gift or at least in the presence of an adult.

PO Boxes

It may sound ludicrous but we do not deliver any types of flowers all gifts to any Locked Bag addresses or P O Box is in town. It seems pretty obvious but in this case the flowers would get totally destroyed and the post office will not accept them anyway.
Busy Periods

There are some instances where the usual delivery times are not relevant, mainly during peak periods late Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and the week leading up to Christmas. During these extraordinarily busy times delivery schedules go out the window and flowers may be delivered even as late as 8 p.m., or as early as 7 a.m..
Getting Indormation Right

If you are ordering flowers through ass it's your responsibility to ensure that you have provided us with all the correct details of the person you are sending the flowers to. You have one last opportunity to check that everything is correct after you place the order as you will get a confirmation of your order via email. If you do not receive this email within 20 minutes of placing the order please check your spam email folder. If you find that there is an error with your order please feel free to contact us and we can help you sort it out. You must contact us within 45 minutes of placing the order otherwise it may be too late and the order could be out without courier driver.

If you have placed an order with us and for some reason you decide to cancel the order you must contact us within 1 hour place the order so that we can cancel it for you. Failure to do so may mean that the flowers are already out with the courier driver therefore it would too late and we cannot refund you.
From time to time because of seasonal influences, we may need to make some flower substitutions. If we choose to make a flower substitution we will always replaced the flower that is being substituted with a flower that is equal to or greater in value. We will never ever replace a rose with another flower, but we may replace it with a different colour. In the rarest occasion we have run out of roses we will contact you to discuss other flower options.
Value Issues

If for some reason the person you're sending flowers to send you a photograph of the flowers and you are not satisfied somehow or the flowers may not have met your expectations, you are most welcome to call us to discuss the issue. However when you call please ensure that you have at least two photographs of the flowers so that we can investigate for you. You must have taken the two photographs within 24 hours of the flowers arriving, this is because flowers tend to degrade at a fairly rapid rate. If we both agree that the flowers went up to our very high standards we will generally off you either to re deliver the flowers, to give you a partial refund, or to give you a full refund. Refunds will generally be received by you within 24 hours of us agreeing on the issue.
